Parks 1 and 4 are multistory parking lots and are located in front of the old terminal. Behind them is Park 2 which is an open-air car park. Parks 5 and 6 provide short-term parking and are located in front of the new terminal; they serve as parking lanes for drop-off and pick-up. Park 7 provides long-stay parking services and is located quite a distance from the new terminal.
Amenities for people with disabilities and reduced mobility
Generally, there are ramps and lifts available to provide easy access for persons with disabilities to all areas in the terminals. There is also a dedicated and free parking at the car park allocation “1S” plus a staging room. Visually-impaired travelers are also provided with tactile maps. As always, travelers requiring special assistance should liaise with their airlines prior to their travel.
Available are several Wi-Fi kiosks and which well distributed in all terminal areas. These are great go-to locations that you can visit for purposes of for communicating with family, friends or business partners before or after your flight. At these kiosks you can access the official website of the Marco Polo Airport. It is easy to connect to the Wi-Fi network - just connect to the SSID “GuglielmoVeniceAirport” and an instruction guide will pop-up.
You can obtain fax services at the Post Office available located at the arrivals terminal.
Available at the airport are including the Savings Bank of Venice, Banca Antonvenata and Bank of Rome. You can change money at the Bureau de Change, post office or the banks. There are also ATMs available.
You will find that most shops are located at the departures terminal. These include regular and Duty-Free shops which are meant for travelers exiting the EU. The shops are great purchase locations for products such as fashion accessories, local food and drink products, and giftware.
There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and cafes in all the terminals and which are great for Italian cuisines. The restaurants are basically self-service. Get great Italian espresso at the bars.
The Airport provides a high tech meeting facility, the Travelex Business Center, located at the ground floor of the arrivals terminal. This is a great venue that is quite ideal for those high-powered delegation meetings. It features several conference halls and meeting rooms plus individual workstations. You can also obtain quality secretarial and translation services, mobile phone hire as well as audiovisual equipment such as video, TV, projector. This equipment in addition to a fax machine and a bar are also available in the VIP lounge.
Marco Polo Business Lounge
It is Located on the first floor of the departures area. A good variety of travelers including Priority Pass holders can access it. Spending some time here is a fantastic way to start your journey; available are cozy armchairs, tables, PC stations, free snacks and drinks, newspapers, Wi-Fi (but not free) and beautiful views of the lagoons and airplanes.
Facilities related to luggage include lost property office, left luggage office and luggage wrapping service office.
